to be held in the clubhouse on
Saturday 17th February 2018
7.00pm for 7.30pm, carriages at midnight

Dress is black tie.

Tickets are £28.50 per person

This year, the catering is being supplied by The Mill Outside. All profits raised through The Mill Outside go to supporting the specialised care of St Catherine’s Hospice at Lostock Hall, Preston.

Menu

To start, a choice of
Ham Hock Terrine with apple chutney and toast.
Homemade Winter Vegetable Soup with a wedge of bloomer bread & butter (v).

Main course, a choice of
Chargrilled Breast of Goosnargh Chicken with potato confit, Sautéed Greens, Red Wine Jus.
Chargrilled Halloumi with Lemon & Mint Cous Cous (v).

Dessert
Strawberry Tart
