Butternut squash volute served with croutons, cream,
picked herbs and warm baguette and butter (v)
Chicken liver parfait, served with fresh salad,
port confit onions, toast and butter
Chicken tenders served on a crisp bed of salad
and served with a whisky bbq sauce
Main Course
Chicken Balotine (stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon),
served with dauphinoise potatoes seasonal veg and a red wine jus.
Individual fish pie, topped with creamy mashed potato,
served with buttered peas and bread and butter. (P)
