On Wednesday 26th March representatives of the Sailing Club met with the club solicitor to sign a new 25 year lease.
A lot of discussion and hard work has been put in by club members to get this through and culminates in the security of sailing on Belmont reservoir for another 25 years, once the current lease runs out in 2015.
